How to disassemble and clean the filter

Jan 02,2025

The disassembly and cleaning method of the filter is:

1. Shut down the filter and remove the upper manhole cover plate. Unscrew the compression nut of the filter element, remove the pressure plate to take out the filter element, and rinse the interior of the equipment clean with water.

2. Remove the upper and lower positioning rings at both ends of the filter element and clean them thoroughly with water.

3. Insert one end of the filter element with the lower positioning ring after cleaning into the hole of the multi-hole plate.

4. With the pull rod as the axis, insert the pressure plate, insert the upper positioning ring of the filter element into the corresponding pressure plate hole, and tighten the pressure nut.

After the filter element is installed, install the manhole cover plate and start the machine to supply water.

6. Open the water inlet valve and the air outlet valve. When the equipment is filled with water, open the clean valve and close the air outlet valve. Observe the water coming out of the clean outlet. After there is no white foam in the water, the cleaning is completed and it can be used normally.

Understanding Cyclone Separators: A Key Component in Industrial Filtration Systems

Cyclone separators, also known as cyclone dust collectors, utilize centrifugal force to separate particulate matter from process streams. The design of a cyclone separator typically features a cylindrical body with an inlet where the mixture of air and solids enters at a tangential angle. This design generates a rotating flow pattern that enhances the separation process. When the mixture enters th
